Growing up I didn’t eat a lot of vegetables like I should have. What about you? Now that I’m older, I chose to eat more “Green”. When I say green, I’m talking about everything from spinach, kale, turnip greens, collard greens, avocados, and more!!! I’m focused on greens because green veggies supply needed nutrients to the body well as the hair bulb which houses the hair follicles. I’m on a mission to help you get your nutrients and grow healthy hair.
For 21 days, April 10 through April 30, I am challenging you to EAT GREEN. While adding your favorite vegetables to your meal, strive to include 3-5 servings of a NEW vegetable, trying to have at minimum one green per day.
